Initial Speeds & T1P1

Initial speeds - Brent at 30. Everyone else at 40.

Turn 1 Phase 1
Everyone at 40 except Johnny has the same reflex - Johnny's is lower. I need movement from everyone at 40 other than Johnny, then Johnny, then Brent.

Johnny & Brent - unless it matters what someone else does, send your movement in as well.

To be clear, I do NOT force you to turn in movement when you would normally have the chance to see what someone else does, but Johnny & Brent - you have the same 24 hour clock as the rest of them, so I need to know either movement or the desire to defer until the map is updated.
